Modern Times (1936)

UNRATABLE

I watched this about a month ago and haven't posted about it because in reality, I'm still recovering. This film is considered the last silent film, because Chaplin made it in the heydey of the talkie. The depth of the visuals in the story-telling is astonishing. There are even very few intertitles. Anyway, you kind of have to see it to believe it. Plus, its comedy is completely timeless. A masterpiece that everyone should see in her lifetime.
